Digital Goods Are Final All purchases made in Ace Defender: Dragon War—including premium currency, battle passes, hero packs, cosmetic skins, and other digital items—are non-refundable once delivered or used, in accordance with industry standards for digital content. 2. Refund Criteria Refund requests may be reviewed under the following circumstances: The purchase was made without the account holder’s authorization. The payment was charged multiple times for the same item. The purchased item or currency was not delivered due to technical failure. A critical issue prevents the user from accessing purchased content despite all support efforts. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 3.
